8 Screen sharing extension

The Adobe Flash Player 10.3 extension is required in order to access this functionality. Here are the options you have :

The Flash Player extension has been deactivated or an installation is required.

1. You have to allow the use of Flash Player

  • Click on the following box to activate Adobe Flash Player ;
  • A confirmation will then show. Click on "Allow".

2. You have to install Flash Player

  • Click on the following "Get Adobe Flash Player" button.
  • Once the extension is installed, click on the "Retry" button to access your content;
  • If this does not work, you will have to quit your browser and launch it again. In some cases, a computer reboot is required.
